All NuNet Subscribers are now entitled to a free personal web site using up to 10 megabytes of disk storage space!
Please Note These Usage Guidelines
These pages are for personal information and hobbies only.
They are not to be used for business. NuNet reserves the
right to determine when a hobby becomes a for-profit business.
Business pages will be billed at business rates. Business pages
start at $39.95 per month. Anyone discovered using personal home
pages for business without prior written approval by NuNet will
be billed retroactively at the commercial rate from the first day
of the home page request to the time of discovery.
The content of all pages must be appropriate for all age
groups.
NuNet reserves the right to determine if content is
inappropriate and any such pages will be removed immediately upon
discovery by NuNet.
To Upload your Personal Site Via the Internet
Those wishing to create new personal web sites please follow the following instructions.
- Your home page must be titled default.html and all pages in the site must have the full .html extension.
- To upload your pages, login to our Web Email site http://userweb.nni.com using your full email address and password, and go to the Web Site link (note: this is the upload only section your actual web site address will be as written below)
- Use the Browse button to select your file on your hard drive and then click Upload.
- Follow the above procedure for each file you need.
- The internet address to your personal home page will be http://userweb.nni.com/your_username for NuNet customers or http://userweb.yourdomain.com/username (yourdomain is what is after the @ sign in your E-mail address)
Alternately you are able to FTP files to your personal web page, using the following instructions.
- Your home page must be titled default.html and all pages in the site must have the full .html extension.
- To upload your pages, login via FTP to
your web page
FTP Server: userweb.domain.com (nni, noln, intergrafix, etc.)
FTP Login: your E-mail address
FTP Password: your E-mail password - Upload your files.
- The internet address to your personal home page will be http://userweb.nni.com/your_username for NuNet customers or http://userweb.yourdomain.com/username (yourdomain is what is after the @ sign in your E-mail address)
